Motion Films was founded on a single, guiding purpose: to engage cultural dialogue through cinema. Partnering with Action Films, LLC, our journey began by bringing together a collective of people with a true, genuine passion for the craft.  Our team in Riyadh is backed by a 25-year legacy of regional production.

Over the last two decades, our founding partners at Action Films have collaborated with government institutions, multinational corporations, and industry leaders across the GCC, earning a reputation for both technical and cinematic excellence.

Now, under Saudi leadership, Motion Films draws on that deep well of experience to produce work that creates a lasting impact by crafting narratives that spark cultural dialogue and visualize the abstract, intangible parts of the Saudi and Arab experience.

While delivering premium content to our clients is a core pillar of our business, our commitment to the art of cinema itself runs just as deep. Our award-winning Arabic short film, Al Majhool, reflects that passion and that our commitment to storytelling extends into cinema itself.
